A Câmara reuniu-se ordinariamente, sob a presidência do Vereador César Paulo Philippsen (presidente em exercício), em horário regimental, às 19h30, por videoconferência.

A Ata da Sessão Ordinária da semana passada, dia 10 de maio de 2021, foi aprovada por unanimidade.

De autoria do Vereador Ederson José Fucilini, do Progressistas, e da Vereadora Glades Fátima Vaz Bertollo, do MDB – Pedido de Informação: Solicitaram referente à fiscalização das obras no município, levando em consideração que temos um plano diretor que estabelece normas referentes aos procedimentos que devem ser executados durante o andamento de uma construção: 1) Existe um servidor exercendo esta função?; 2) O município segue as normas do plano diretor, nas construções novas e nas ampliações, sejam residenciais ou comerciais?; 3) Quais os canais para que os munícipes realizem denúncias sobre obras irregulares?;

De autoria do Vereador Josias de Oliveira, do MDB – Pedido de Providência: A) Solicita que seja providenciado com urgência a canalização pluvial entre a rua Stefano Bahry e a travessa Ermínia Gonzatto; B)Solicita que o setor público faça o que for necessário para possibilitar ou intermediar a instalação de energia elétrica na residência do senhor Pedro Marques Pinto na RS 155, km 60; C) Solicita que seja providenciada a instalação de redutores de velocidade na rua Ermínia Gonzatto, em frente à quadra de esportes do bairro Leonízio Gonzatto.

De autoria do Vereador Mauricio Duarte da Silva, do DEM – Pedido de Providência: A) Por meio deste, o conjunto de moradores da Localidade de Mamoeiro, interior do Município de Santo Augusto, que tem como acesso para suas residências a estrada vicinal localizada as margens da ERS-155, nas proximidades da empresa Junior Transportes, vem mui respeitosamente solicitar a Secretaria de Desenvolvimento Econômico e Meio Ambiente – SEDECOM, juntamente com a Secretaria de Obras e Viação – SMOV, que sejam tomadas as devidas providências para evitar o transbordo do alague que beira os lados da estrada de acesso, impossibilitando a saída de todos os moradores a cada vez que chove, problema este que se estende há muitos anos;

5. De autoria do Vereador Maxiliano Bahry, do PDT - Pedido de Providência: A) Solicita que seja feito um estudo para pavimentação asfáltica na Rua Brasília, bem como melhorias na rede de esgoto e bocas de lobo; B)Solicita que seja feito um estudo para colocação de redutor de velocidade, quebra-molas, no interior de Santo Augusto, trajeto principal de Rincão dos Paivas, em frente à antiga escola Presidente Kennedy; C) Solicita que sejam tomada as medidas para providenciar quebra-molas (redutor de velocidade) na Av. Angelo Santi nas proximidades do número 1389, trajeto esse que liga a área Industrial do município, tendo em vista o grande número de veículos transitando em alta velocidade, neste local.

EM TRAMITAÇÃO:

1. Os Projetos de Lei nº 20/2021, 22/2021 e 24/2021 permaneceram na Comissão de Constituição e Justiça para aprofundamento de análise das informações;

2. O Projeto de Lei nº 21/2021 permaneceu na Comissão de Constituição e Justiça e aguarda parecer jurídico solicitado pela secretária da CCJ, Vereadora Glades de Fátima Vaz Bertollo;

3. O Projeto de Lei nº 17/2021 obteve parecer favorável da Comissão de Constituição e Justiça e aguarda parecer da Comissão de Finanças e Orçamento;

4. Os Projetos de Lei nº 26/2021, 29/2021, 30/2021, 31/2021, 33/2021 e 34/2021 obtiveram pareceres favoráveis da Comissão de Constituição e Justiça e foram baixados para a Comissão de Finanças e Orçamento;

5. O Projeto de Lei nº 32/2021 obteve parecer favorável da Comissão de Constituição e Justiça e foi baixado para a Comissão de Finanças e Orçamento e para a Comissão de Educação, Desporto e Saúde.
